Day - 1 : Guwahati - Kaziranga

Reach Guwahati Airport at 10.30 a.m. Pick up from the Airport/ Railway station. Visit Kamakhya Temple in Guwahati, later proceed towards Kaziranga national park. Lunch, on the way at convenient. Arrive and check in at hotel. Evening at leisure Night stay at Kaziranga.

Day - 2 : Kaziranga ( Elephant / Jeep Safari )

In the heart of Assam, covering an area of 430 sq-kms, is inhabited by the world's largest population of one-horned rhinoceroses, as well as many mammals, including tigers, elephants, panthers and bears, and thousands of birds. In 1985, it was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO for its unique natural environment. After an early wake up (5.00 a.m.), you will be taken to the riding point in the Central Range (Kohoro) for an Elephant Ride. After ride return back to the hotel for breakfast. At 9.00 a.m drive to the Central Rang (Kohora) of the park for a jeep safari. After lunch at 2.15 there will be another Jeep safari in the Western Range (Baguri) of the park or Go for Boating ride. Night stay at Kaziranga.

Day - 3 : Kaziranga - Bomdila

After breakfast (7.30 a.m.) proceed towards Bomdila. First visit Tribal village in Kaziranga. En-route visit Orchid Center at Tipi and Sessa Orchid Sanctuary. Lunch, on the way at convenient. On arrival, check in at the hotel. Over night stay at Bomdila.

Day - 4 : Bomdila - Tawang

After breakfast (7.30 a.m.) proceed towards Tawang. Enroute visit Hot Water Spring, JaswantGarh and Shela Pass (13476 ft). Lunch, on the way at convenient. reaching Tawang visit the Nunarang fall. On arrival check in at hotel. Evening at leisure Overnight stay at Tawang.

Day - 5 : Tawang Sightseeing

After breakfast excursion to Bum la pass (Indo-China Border) by geep.It is located 90 kms from Tawang at an altitude of 16,500 feet. Bumla pass was one of the principal invasion routes of the Chinese in 1962 war and it is the pass from where Dalai Lama entered India escaping from Tibet. Back to hotel in evening. Overnight stay at Tawang. For Lunch Food Packet will be provided. stay at Tawang

Day - 6 : Tawang Sightseeing

After breakfast visit Tawang Monastery and Museum. Also visit Urgelling Monastery - the birth place of Sixth Dalia Lama. Ani Gompa, PTSo lake. Post lunch visit TawangWar Memorial. Evening dinner at hotel. Night stay at Tawang Tawang Monastery was founded by Merak Lama Lodre Gyatso in the year 1680-81. The monastery stands on the spur of a hill, about 10,000 feet above sea level and has ravines in the south and west, narrow ridge on the north and gradual slope on the east. It offers a commanding and picturesque view of the Tawang-chu valley. From a distance it appears like a fort as if guarding the votaries in the wide valley below. Tawang monastery is the largest of its kind in the country and is one of the larges t monasteries in Asia. Though it has the capacity for housing about seven hundred monks, the actual number of resident lamas (monks) at present is a little more than 450. This monastery is the fountain-head of the spiritual life of the people of this region. stay at Tawang

Day - 7 : Tawang Sightseeing

After breakfast excursion to Sangetsar Lake whichis about 30 kms North East of Tawang. This lake is also known as Madhuri Lake after famous Bollywood movie Koyla was shot there. Back to hotel for lunch. Evening at leisure. Overnight stay at Tawang.

Day - 8 : Tawang - Dirang

Morning after breakfast / Lunch drive towards Dirang (4910 ft). Arrive and check in to hotel. Lunch, on the way at convenient. Overnight stay at Dirang.

Day - 9 : Dirang - Bhalukpong or Nameri

After breakfast proceed towards Bhalukpong. On arrival check in at hotel. After lunch go for an exclusive rafting (mild rapids) trip on Jia – Bhoreli River, flowing along the National Park. Overnight stay at Bhalukpong. Nameri National Park: Covering an area of 200sq.kms, it is situated in the District of Sonitpur; the Nameri is the third National Park of Assam. It is a Tiger Reserve and also a birders paradise with more than 376 species of birds recorded so far. The inaccessibility and continuity with the neibouring forest areas have helped the wildlife of Nameri to flourish. There is a good prey base in the form of Sambar, Barking deer, Hog Deer, Wild Boar and Gaur. About 3000 domestic cattle also form part of this prey base for Tiger and Leopards.

Day - 10 : Bhalukpong - Brahmaputra Jungle Resort

Early morning (5.00 a.m.) we proceed to explore the park/jungle by walking (3.2kms – 2 to 3 hours), after the trek back to the hotel. After breakfast proceed towards Brahmaputra Jungle Resort. Arrive and check in at resort. Enjoy rest of time at your own leisure (Yak riding, River rafting, etc). Overnight stay at Brahmaputra Jungle Resort.

Day - 11 : Brahmaputra Jungle Resort - Shillong

After lunch drive towards Shillong. Visit Barapani Lake. Later check in at hotel. Overnight stay at Shillong.

Day - 12 : Shillong Local Sightseeing

After breakfast visit Ward's Lake, Lady Hydari Park, Satti Falls. Post lunch visit Botanical Garden,State Museum & Barapani (Umiam Lake). Evening visit Police Bazar. Overnight stay at Shillong.

Day - 13 : Shillong - Cherrapunji - Shillong

After breakfast proceed towards Cherrapunjee (2 Hrs)- The wettest place on earth. Visit Limestone cave, Nohsngithiang falls, Dainthlen Falls, Seven Sisters Falls and Nohkailikai Falls (World's 4th highest). On way back visit Elephant Falls & Shillong Peak - to enjoy a bird’s eye view of Shillong city. Lunch, on the way at convenient. Overnight stay in Shillong.

Day - 14 : Shillong - Guwahati

Morning free for leisure. After lunch (at 12.00 am) drive towards guwahati airport/railway station for onwards journey with sweet memories.
